Victim hit in head during break-in at Las Vegas home

The Metropolitan Police Department said three suspects in their late 20s armed with at least one gun broke into a home and hit a victim on the head about 7:35 a.m. on the 4400 block of Warbonnet Way.

Skye Canyon, a 1,700-acre master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Somerset Academy’s Skye Canyon campus on Feb. 20. The was held at Skye Canyon Park. Somerset Academy board members, faculty, and local dignitaries were attendance. Parents interested in the campus were able to talk with Somerset officials after the ceremony.
